Las Chapas, Marbesa

Entre Marbella y Marbesa se encuentra la zona de Las Chapas. Es una zona urbanizada con buenas tiendas, bares y restaurantes.
El hotel cuando estuvimos allí se llamaba Palacio Del Sol, bajo esa apariencia no lo recomendaría/no podría recomendarlo a nadie. Quizás el nuevo nombre, AluaSun Marbella Park, signifique nuevos propietarios y una nueva actitud hacia los huéspedes. Por lo demás, fue espantoso (visitado en 2011).
Localizar el hotel en Maps fue difícil ya que la ubicación es Las Chapas. Cualquier visitante deberá seguir los números de salida con mucha atención y estar atento a la salida de Elvira.

Between Marbella and Marbesa lies the area of Las Chapas. It is an urbanized area with good shopping, bars and restaurants.
The Hotel when we stayed there was named Palacio Del Sol, under that guise I would/could not recommend it to anyone. Maybe the new name – AluaSun Marbella Park means new owners and a new attitude to guests. Otherwise it was appalling (visited 2011).
Locating the hotel on Maps was difficult as the location is stated as Las Chapas . Any visitor will need to follow the exit junction numbers very carefully and watch for the Elvira exit.
